Most work in organizations is accomplished through teams and success depends on the cohesion, communication and effectiveness of those teams. In today’s diverse work environments, differences bring great potential for creativity and engagement. However, those same differences can also sow the seeds of powerful emotions that lead to frustration, discord, miscommunication that disrupt effectiveness. This workshop presents a new paradigm of Emotional Intelligence and Diversity and gives those working with diverse work groups the insight, skills and tools to build cohesive teams that make the most effective use of differences and leverage the power of emotions to increase effectiveness.
